2005 'Holmes Hill' Pinot Noir

"The deep dark purple color (closer to that of Syrah than Pinot) is the perfect precursor to intense aromas and flavor. Sugared stone cherry, light French vanilla cream, candied apple, and a hint of nondenominational holiday spruce lead way to a smooth, velvety mouth feel filled exciting yet delicate and unassuming flavors of spice, bushels of tart red raspberries, and sour cherry and Marion berry pie."

This is the first Pinot Noir produced entirely from our new Holmes Hill Vineyard.
